Q: How will my massage be delivered?
The logistics company will deliver to the address you filled in when you placed the order and will inform you of the delivery time slot in advance, but cannot specify a specific time.
Q: What are the delivery conditions?
Goods are delivered only to the roadside/driveway. Delivery personnel are not allowed to enter the house, and someone needs to sign for the delivery.
Q: Is assembly included with the delivery?
Delivery is not included. Installation instructions and necessary accessories will be provided. Customers can also purchase White Glove Service (delivery, installation, and setup) for a fee.
Q: How should I inspect my delivery?
When you receive the goods, you need to check if the packaging is damaged. If there is any damage, please make a note on the receipt and contact the seller immediately.
Q: What is the return shipping policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days, with the customer bearing the return shipping cost. The chair should be placed near the doorway; if there are stairs, place it at the bottom of the stairs.
